OKLAHOMA CITY—American Farmers & Ranchers Cooperative President Scott Blubaugh released the following statement after the U.S. House of Representatives passed the Farm, Food and National Security Act of 2026: “It has been a long road to getting a farm bill passed out of the House; I applaud Chairman Thompson’s efforts to get us one step closer to providing long-needed certainty for Oklahoma’s farmers, ranchers and rural communities.
